Statistics are collected with Umami, software installed on our own server. The data is not sent to third parties. Umami uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses: it only uses them momentarily to determine the approximate country. The statistics do not allow us to identify any individual.
4. Who else has access to the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides secure data transmission for the statistics service (stats.pentagon.ro). Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Public authorities, only when required by law.
5. External links
The website contains links to other websites, for example al-enterprise.com, Google Maps and Facebook. When you visit them, their own privacy policies apply.
6. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you (right of access);
- to request rectification or erasure of your data;
- to request restriction of processing or to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to receive your data in an electronic format (right to data portability).
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at office@pentagon.ro. We reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. Our servers are managed by our own team and access to them is restricted.
